Job summary

AAMCO Transmissions, Inc. in Manassas, VA is seeking an experienced Manager to lead daily sales and service operations. The Sales Manager will generate new business, consult with customers, and supervise the technical team to ensure high quality repairs.

You will engage customers in person and by phone, meet with clients, order parts, and maintain a top level of customer service and workflow efficiency. Daytime hours and growth opportunities are available with ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Excellent closing skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building.
• Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level.
• Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast-paced environment.
• Coachable, honest and goal-oriented team player.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
