Diehl Automotive is growing and looking for a Service Manager at Diehl Kia of Hermitage.
The Service Manager's daily job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing and overseeing the service department and service employees
Hiring and training new service personnel
Forecasting goals and objectives for the department and striving to meet them
Coordinating with other departmental managers within the company
Monitoring technicians' daily productivity reports and preparing corresponding payroll records
Working with vendors to create service promotions and maintain service programs
Meeting with franchise representatives
Creating and organizing employee schedules
Completing company and franchise training
Responding to customer questions or concerns
The ideal candidate should possess:
3 years of experience in the position of service manager or a similar position in the automotive industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Current Driver's License with satisfactory DMV driving record
