Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing the service department and service employees
• Hiring and training new service personnel
• Forecasting goals and objectives for the department and striving to meet them
• Coordinating with other departmental managers within the company
• Monitoring technicians' productivity and preparing payroll records
• Working with vendors to create service promotions and maintain programs
• Meeting with franchise representatives
• Creating and organizing employee schedules
• Completing company and franchise training
• Responding to customer questions or concerns

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a service manager or similar in the automotive industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory DMV record
