We are seeking automotive service managers to oversee all service department activities in a retail tire and automotive parts store. This is a Store Manager development role with a focus on internal promotion and training. Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and consulting with customers
• Following up on services, estimated completion times, etc.
• Overseeing vehicle inspections and making repair recommendations
• Discussing pricing estimates and promoting shop specials
• Leading, managing, and training staff in alignment with company values
• Supervising up to ten employees
• Overseeing diagnostics and repairs on various vehicles
• Maintaining inventory and facility organization
• Performing other duties as assigned
