Job description

Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The role involves managing daily operations, generating sales, communicating with customers, building client relationships, and overseeing the technical team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform high-volume warm calls to potential customers, demonstrating excellent phone sales skills and the ability to close deals in one call.
  2. Engage and consult with incoming customers both in-person and over the phone to generate and close sales.
  3. Greet customers and recommend appropriate services.
  4. Manage technician workflow and monitor the status of vehicle repairs.
  5. Order parts and manage inventory.
  6. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain quality control across all business aspects.
