Bachrodt Baraboo Motors in Baraboo, WI is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead and grow our service department. This full-time role offers a base salary plus performance bonuses and an earning potential of $120,000 to $180,000 annually.

You will coach service advisors and technicians, drive service revenue and profitability, maintain manufacturer standards, and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service management or senior service advisor roles.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Understanding of dealership service operations and performance metrics.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships and resolve concerns.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop our team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Manage daily service operations, workflow, and customer satisfaction.
• Grow service revenue, gross profit, and customer retention.
• Monitor and improve technician productivity, efficiency, effective labor rate, and departmental profitability.
• Recruit, train, and retain quality employees.
• Maintain manufacturer service and warranty standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, increase sales, and control expenses.
• Build a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
• Work directly with dealership leadership to achieve department goals.

Bachrodt Baraboo Motors is looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Service Manager to lead and grow our service department.

This is an excellent opportunity to earn $120,000 to $180,000 annually while building a successful team and making a real impact on dealership performance.
