Job summary

Bachrodt Baraboo Motors in Baraboo, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead and grow our service department. You will coach advisors and technicians, manage daily operations, monitor workflow, and focus on customer satisfaction and department profitability.

This full-time role offers a base salary plus performance bonuses with a compelling earning potential of $120,000 to $180,000 annually.

Bachrodt Baraboo Motors is looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Service Manager to lead and grow our service department.

This is an excellent opportunity to earn $120,000 to $180,000 annually while building a successful team and making a real impact on dealership performance.

What You'll Do
