You will oversee service advisors, technicians, and support staff, drive service revenue, and maintain high customer satisfaction while upholding manufacturer standards.

This full-time role offers a base salary plus performance bonuses, with an earning potential of $120,000 to $180,000 annually, reflecting leadership impact and dealership results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop our team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Manage daily service operations, workflow, and customer satisfaction.
• Grow service revenue, gross profit, and customer retention.
• Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, effective labor rate, and departmental profitability.
• Recruit, train, and retain quality employees.
• Maintain manufacturer service and warranty standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, increase sales, and control expenses.
• Build a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
• Work directly with dealership leadership to achieve department goals.
