Job summary

ACERTUS is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the operations team by coordinating vehicle services, ensuring readiness for dispatch and accurate service records. This role requires multi-tasking, prioritization, thorough execution, and clear cross‑divisional communication. Workweek is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm in the St.

Louis area. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, at least one year in customer service, and good driving and mechanical knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year in general customer service.
• Must be 24 years of age for this position.
• Proficient driving skills and some mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assess vehicles for repair/cleaning services.
• Ensure vehicles are properly serviced per client requests and company policies.
• Ensure service grid is complete and accurate.
• Document services required and schedule with vendor.
• Inspect vehicle returning from service and properly store.
• Assist with directing drivers per schedule.
• Scan on-site vehicles and reconcile inventory status.
• Receive and send vehicles to/from transporters and over-the-road drivers.
• Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
