Job summary

Nissan of Ames, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to lead and develop the service team, optimize technician productivity, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Service Manager to drive profitability, quality service, and CSI improvements in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Qualifications

3+ years of automotive service leadership experience in a franchised dealership environment.
Experience as a Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor, Shop Foreman, or Team Lead preferred.
Strong understanding of dealership service operations and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop service team to achieve department goals and profitability.
Monitor KPI metrics (CSI, labor sales, labor rate, technician efficiency, warranty performance).
Coordinate with Parts to ensure timely parts availability and repair completion.
Ensure adherence to OEM warranty policies, safety requirements, and dealership procedures.
