Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of the sales department (wholesale, retail, purchasing, marketing).
• Lead and train the sales staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Forecast vehicle sales, gross, and key expenses monthly and yearly.
• Ensure delivery standards and compliance with dealership policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers, staff and management.
• Collaborate with internet/retail tools and lenders as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
