Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain workplace safety and compliance with all regulations.
• Build and develop an extraordinary team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Schedule and deploy team to meet customer needs during all hours of operation.
• Communicate with team daily through huddles and store meetings.
• Oversee dispatching and assignment of work orders to technicians.
• Attend off-site meetings and training as needed.
• Enforce service code of ethics and company policies.
