Qualifikationen

• Strong background in service sales (tires, brakes, maintenance, or mechanical).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead from the front: open/close, set daily game plan, keep shop safe, clean, efficient.
• Own the guest experience: greet, advise, build estimates, explain work clearly, close sales with confidence.
• Bridge between techs and customers; translate inspections into trusted recommendations.
• Develop the team: coach advisors and techs, reinforce process, celebrate wins, address gaps.
• Run the business: inventory & ordering, cash handling/POS, scheduling, KPI tracking, OSHA/EHS compliance.
