Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a Manager In Training to develop leaders in a fast-paced automotive service environment. You will lead from the front, shape the guest experience, and bridge communication between technicians and customers while guiding a team to deliver top-tier service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service management or retail repair leadership.
• Strong background in service sales (tires, brakes, maintenance, or mechanical).
• Proven ability to lead a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead from the front: open/close, set daily plan, keep shop safe and efficient.
• Own the guest experience: greet, advise, build estimates, explain work clearly, close sales.
