Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking an Automotive Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced shop and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, coach advisors and technicians, build estimates, and ensure safe, efficient service while driving sales and growth across locations.

The role offers opportunities for advancement into store leadership and is positioned in a high-volume setting. Weekend availability is expected, with competitive hourly compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Lead a high-volume automotive service team with a customer-first mindset.
• Drive service sales through effective guest interaction and trusted recommendations.
• Coach advisors and technicians to uphold quality, safety, and process standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front: open/close the shop, set the daily plan, keep the shop safe and efficient.
• Own the guest experience: greet, advise, build estimates, explain work clearly, close sales with confidence.
• Bridge between techs and customers; translate inspections into trusted recommendations.
• Develop the team: coach, reinforce process, celebrate wins, address gaps.
• Run the business: inventory, cash handling, scheduling, KPI tracking, OSHA/EHS compliance.
