Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of automotive service leadership in a franchised dealership.
• Experience as a Service Advisor or Lead/Shop Foreman preferred.
• Familiarity with OEM warranty processes and dealership compliance.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support daily Service Department operations to ensure efficient workflow and outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximize profitability.
• Monitor repair order flow, technician productivity, efficiency, and shop capacity utilization.
• Coach and develop service advisors, technicians, and staff; assist with onboarding and performance development.
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards, warranty policies, and dealership procedures.
