The role emphasizes clear communication and timely follow-up to ensure a seamless service experience for customers.

The position requires strong English-speaking skills with a bilingual English/Spanish preference, and 1–3 years of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Two languages preferred: English and Spanish.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous sales and/or marketing experience is a plus.
• Strong phone etiquette and professional communication are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and collect customer and vehicle information.
• Provide cost and time estimates for maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct follow-up calls to verify service satisfaction and CSI scores.
• Refer customers to the Service Writer or other team members as appropriate.
• Maintain relationships with customers and co-workers to support service growth.
