LeadCar Honda Hamburg is seeking an Automotive Service Business Development Coordinator in Hamburg, PA. You will drive service department growth by developing outreach strategies, managing appointments, and ensuring a positive service experience through effective communication and follow-up.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, and coordinating with service staff to schedule and complete maintenance with high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• English/Spanish bilingual ability is highly preferred.
• 1–3 years prior customer service experience preferred.
• Previous sales and/or marketing experience is a plus.
• Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal/written communication.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software programs.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls to provide information, schedule appointments and collect customer/vehicle data.
• Refers questions about work to the Service Writer or appropriate staff.
• Handles customer complaints with poise and refers to resolution staff when needed.
• Provides cost and time estimates for maintenance and repairs.
• Schedules service requests and follows up on visits for satisfaction.
• Contacts customers about missed or outstanding service needs and reschedules.
• Maintains relationships with customers and coworkers; supports CSI goals.
