Job summary

Pinehurst Toyota in Southern Pines, NC is seeking an energetic Service Greeter to join our team. This entry-level role includes hands-on training to help you start a rewarding automotive career.

You will work closely with service staff to greet customers, assist with write-ups, and ensure a smooth service experience. We offer training and opportunities to grow within the dealership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Write-up with service advisors and assist with updating a customer and closing the repair order.
• Verify that the total repair meets the estimate provided to the customer.
• Ensure all customers have an exceptional service experience.
• Occasionally move cars from the service lane to shop.
• Deliver customers' vehicles back to them in the service lane.
• Handle payment from customers on occasion.
• Schedule appointments and answer phones.
