Carter Myers Automotive in Chester, VA is seeking a Service Greeter to be the first friendly face for our service customers. This role fits someone who enjoys people, stays active, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership.

You will greet customers, start the service check-in on an iPad, escort them to their Service Advisor, help with vehicle check-in including photos, and deliver keys to technicians. The position offers steady hours and opportunities for growth within Fixed Operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Customer service or automotive experience preferred.
• Comfortable with outdoor work and standing for long periods.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Experience greeting customers in a dealership setting preferred.

Service Greeter

We’re hiring a Service Greeter to be the first point of contact for our automotive service customers. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced dealership environment.

If you have strong customer service skills and enjoy working around vehicles, this is a great opportunity to join a professional automotive service team and grow within fixed operations.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome service customers at their vehicle

• Assist with vehicle check-in, including taking multiple vehicle photos
• Park service vehicles safely and efficiently on the lot

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday - Friday (rotating Saturdays with one day off during the week)
• $15.00 Hourly (based on experience)

Requirements

• Ability to safely drive and park customer vehicles
