Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a results-oriented District Manager to oversee 8–10 automotive service locations in the Phoenix market. You will lead store managers, drive profitability, and uphold company standards across the district.

The role emphasizes developing talent, improving operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while traveling within the territory. This is a growth-focused opportunity with a fast-growing automotive aftermarket leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience in automotive aftermarket or related service industry.
• Proven ability to coach and develop leaders across multiple locations.
• Experience managing P&L, budgeting, labor controls, and KPIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve operational and financial excellence.
• Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all locations.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and safety.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering accountability.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations and customer experience.
• Analyze financial data to identify revenue opportunities and cost control.
• Oversee inventory, labor optimization, and productivity initiatives.
