The Five Star Automotive Group is seeking a Service Director to lead the service department with an entrepreneurial spirit and a customer-first approach. The candidate will own staffing, budgeting, vendor relations and department performance in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of dealership service management experience.
• Experience in staffing, hiring and scheduling.
• Ability to prepare and manage an annual service department budget.
• Proven leadership, training, and employee development skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage employee schedules and pay plans.
• Staff and hire all employees under the service division.
• Attend manager meetings and conduct service department meetings.
• Prepare and administer the annual operating budget for the service department.
• Maintain service customer pay gross profit growth.
• Maintain technician proficiency; partner with schools to recruit.
• Partner with OEM and third-party vendors; motivate and reward staff.
• Provide a safe workplace for employees and customers.
