Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support in recruiting by assisting the Store Manager in decisions.
• Supervise technicians and service staff; plan, schedule, assign work and follow up.
• Coach staff on operational issues, ISI systems, and service standards.
• Interact with customers on sales, service, opportunities, adjustments.
• Evaluate performance and productivity of service personnel.
• Manage parts inventory and external purchases; maintain in-house stock.
• Ensure store safety and equipment layout; comply with safety procedures.
• Supervise shop area and equipment for safety compliance.
• Coach on wheel torqueing processes and ensure inspections are conducted.
