Qualifications

• Must be able to act as primary liaison between the Service Manager and clients, ensuring clear communication at every step.
• Take ownership of varied customer concerns and resolve matters professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist the Service Manager with day-to-day flow and keep the department running smoothly.
• Process paperwork and claims accurately and efficiently to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the Service Manager and our clients, ensuring clear and transparent communication at every step.
• Take ownership of varied and complicated customer concerns/issues, resolving matters with professionalism and a win-win mindset, to ensure a satisfied customer.
• Assist the Service Manager in the day-to-day flow of the department, keeping the engine running smoothly.
• Manage the "behind-the-scenes" dynamic by processing paperwork and claims accurately and efficiently.
