The role focuses on resolving client concerns, guiding the service flow, and handling behind-the-scenes paperwork and claims, with opportunities for growth within a fast-paced automotive team.

Qualifications

• OEM/Dealership experience is an asset.
• Completed post-secondary program or related training would be valuable.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices in automotive service.
• Strong organizational skills for this role.
• Team-oriented environment thrives here.
• Experience with service applications (ADP / CDK) including dispatch is an asset.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving history.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the Service Manager and clients, ensuring clear and transparent communication at every step.
• Take ownership of varied and complicated customer concerns/issues, resolving matters with professionalism and a win-win mindset, to ensure a satisfied customer.
• Assist the Service Manager in the day-to-day flow of the department, keeping the engine running smoothly.
• Process paperwork and claims accurately and efficiently behind the scenes.

Your area of focus.

Assisting the Service Manager with the day-to-day operations of the Service Department, helping to manage client inquires and concerns.

Compensation

The expected range of compensation for this position is $19 – $23 Hourly — No bonus. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience.
