Qualifications

Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the US, is looking to hire a skilled Admin Support. The Administrative Support position will be responsible for data entry, scheduling repairs, customer service, client contacts, parts inventory management, working with safety standards related to fleet, compliance, occasional vehicle transporting, and some garage and office cleaning.

This will be a remote position after initial training.

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay - paid weekly, every Friday! $23-25 hourly

Role Responsibilities
  • Track parts requests and documents
  • Prepare and review parts requests and data
  • Communicate with request preparers for clarifications
  • Verify data accuracy (unit numbers, VINs, work orders)
  • Correct and update information as needed
  • Maintain records management system
  • Generate reports and respond to data inquiries
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Perform clerical duties (typing, phones)
  • Transport vehicles occasionally
  • Interact with clients via email and phone
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • At least 3 years' experience in a support role
  • Parts, inventory, and mechanical knowledge a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Knowledge of records management
Working Conditions
  • Exposure to traffic, dust, fumes, noise
  • Chemical and irritant exposure
  • Ability to access all vehicle areas for maintenance
