Responsibilities (may include):
  • Oversee service orders and service drive flow, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective customer service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by completing additional assignments to leave a positive impression.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, both via phone and in person.
  • Ensure technicians' time is efficiently allocated to service customers.
  • Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
  • Answer technical questions regarding vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain customer survey scores at or above company standards.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues; order parts and tools as needed.
  • Oversee warranty claims administration and supervise the service department.
  • Set schedules and assign tasks to service department staff.
  • Reinforce company policies and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain positive relationships with factories and foster good employee relations.
  • Collaborate with upper management on hiring and disciplinary decisions.
