Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the customer experience and uphold dealership standards.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries via phone or in person.
• Ensure daily technician time inventory is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.
• Assist diagnosing vehicle issues; order parts and tools as needed.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and service department training.
• Set schedules and assign tasks to service department staff.
• Reinforce company policies and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain good relations with factories and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with upper management on hiring and discipline decisions.
