Don Ringler Automotive is seeking a friendly Service Assistant & BDC team member to greet customers, schedule appointments, and act as a liaison between customers and service needs. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, strong communication, and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to customers and translate repair needs clearly.
• Assist Service Advisors with check-in and cashing out customers.
• Receive and make outbound customer calls.
• Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates.
• Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up.
• Review and explain repairs and costs with customers.
• Keep Service Manager informed of problems and potential problems.
• Maintain CSI scores in line with dealership standards.
