C. Harper Auto Group is seeking a Service Concierge to be the face of our service operations. You will coordinate vehicle pick-ups, oversee maintenance appointments, and ensure timely returns with a focus on delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally transport customer vehicles between homes and dealership.
• Create a positive, professional experience during pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Use Driver Q App to manage vehicle pick-ups and returns.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered in pristine condition (washing, vacuuming, final inspections).
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and services performed.
• Adhere to traffic laws and dealership safety protocols.
• Collaborate with service team to coordinate pick-ups and deliveries.
