• Present air filters and other items for customer inspection where applicable.
• Maintain communication with waiting customers and manage wait times.
• Explain services performed at checkout and review warranty programs.
• Encourage customer feedback and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Resolve customer complaints and damage claims.
