The ideal candidate has experience in a large-volume dealership, strong sales aptitude, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build loyalty and drive retention across Victory's network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to build a loyal customer base and maintain dealership brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer experience and make adjustments to maximize satisfaction.
• Maintain communication with customers to prevent issues before, during, and after a sale or service visit.
• Maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Develop action plans to rectify problems and act as a bridge between the customer and the department.
• Attend department meetings and share feedback on customer experience.
• Provide back-up support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
