Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone to ensure diagnosis.
• Follow up on repair status and obtain authorization for revised estimates.
• Make repair recommendations and manage delivery of repairs.
• Ensure completed repairs pass quality control or road test.
• Stay current on vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and TSBs.
• Meet or exceed service level targets; complete required documentation.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings; perform other duties as assigned.
