Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to greet customers, listen to vehicle concerns, and prepare detailed repair orders. You will estimate labor and parts, explain costs, and obtain customer authorization for needed repairs.

The role requires ASE certifications, manufacturer training, and a valid driver's license. You will interact with customers to schedule services, track work progress, and ensure a smooth experience from intake to payment.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications
• Manufacturer Training
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information in a timely manner.
• Advise customers on required services and prepare repair orders with time and labor estimates.
• Explain work performed and repair order charges to customers; obtain authorization for additional repairs.
• Coordinate with dispatcher and technicians to monitor progress and update customers on changes.
• Maintain service department forms, pricing guides and quality control processes.
• Schedule service appointments and process payments as needed.
