• Use inspection processes to capture concerns and communicate with customers and technicians.
• Provide clear, transparent estimates and explain repair options.
• Coordinate scheduling, parts, and payments, and note warranty or insurance authorizations if applicable.
• Maintain accurate service history and customer database for follow-ups.
• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and recapture declined services.
• Support CSI goals by delivering a positive, professional experience.
