Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is looking for an automotive service associate who serves as the first point of contact for customers, books appointments, and communicates processes and timelines to meet expectations. You will sell parts and services to help customers keep their vehicles running efficiently.

You will support service operations by managing work orders, performing vehicle inspections, and applying knowledge of parts. Maintaining safety and following company policies are essential in a busy shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• One year of related experience in the automotive service environment.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mathematical concepts for commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers by phone and in-store.
• Schedule appointments and upsell parts and services.
• Manage work orders and register transactions; perform vehicle inspections.
• Follow policies related to cash, credit, and refunds; address customer issues.
