Job summary

Icahn Automotive Group LLC is seeking a Store Service Associate to support the service and tire team and assist in driving service labor, parts, tires, and fleet sales. You will partner with management to keep the service repair business organized, store operations efficient, and shop productivity high.

The role is designated as safety‑sensitive and requires high‑quality customer interactions, accuracy with POS, cash handling, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in automotive service environment.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in customer care, work order and register tasks.
• Support service and tire sales to meet store goals.
• Ensure POS, inventory, and return policies are followed.
• Assist with handling customer issues and business opportunities.
• Help supervise staff in the absence of management.
• Train service staff on Pep Boys Customer Care Process and CVIs.
• Maintain shop productivity, safety, and cleanliness.
