Job description

Jeep, Dodge Ram is now hiring an energetic, outgoing, self-starting, reliable service cashier / receptionist. Must have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• The Cashier is responsible for receiving and processing payments for services rendered, assisting with answering phones, booking appointments, conducting follow-up calls, and answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner.
• Ensures excellent service standards and maintains high customer satisfaction.
• Schedules service for customers either in person or on the phone.
• Verifies customer appointments and all relevant customer information (name, phone number, VIN, mileage, etc.).
• Greets customers with a friendly, professional attitude, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate person or location.
• Works cooperatively with sales and other internal teams.
• Prepares deposits and maintains a cash management system.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and follow the assigned work schedule.
• Must be able to address and answer customer requests via phone and e-mail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task.
• Basic knowledge of computers is required.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including maintaining composure under stress.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Rotating Saturday shifts.
• Must pass a drug test and a background check.
