Responsibilities

• Receive and process payments for services rendered.
• Assist with answering phones, booking appointments, conducting follow-up calls, and responding to client inquiries promptly.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain service standards.
• Schedule service appointments in person or via phone.
• Take detailed, accurate messages and verify customer information.
• Greet customers professionally, answer questions, and direct them appropriately.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams.
• Manage files, scan, retrieve repair orders, and prepare deposits.
• Complete daily deposits and maintain cash management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
