Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accepts responsibility for money drawer and cash handling.
• Coordinate questions with appropriate department personnel.
• Address customer concerns and escalate as needed.
• Perform clerical tasks: scheduling, records, invoicing, and answering phones.
• Maintain up-to-date customer contact information.
• Follow safety and security procedures and protect confidential data.
• Reconcile repair orders and calculate charges for parts, labor, and taxes.
• Collect total charges from customers in cash, check, or charge and provide receipts.
• Document charges accurately and file repair orders as directed.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
