Job summary

Alliance-Service-Group- automotive dealership is seeking a friendly cashier for its Service Department. You will greet customers, process payments for service and repair work, and help maintain accurate daily records while supporting service advisors.

The ideal candidate has cashier or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Automotive dealership background is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process customer payments for service and repair work.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Review and close out service repair orders.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and balance daily transactions.
• Assist service advisors and other department staff with administrative tasks as needed.
