Coughlin Ford of Pataskala is seeking an Automotive Cashier Receptionist for the service department. You will greet customers, handle payments, reconcile cash drawers, and provide administrative support to service advisors.

The ideal candidate shows accuracy, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment. A professional appearance and self-motivation are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Math & Computer Skills: Basic math proficiency, attention to detail, and familiarity with office technology or dealership software.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to handle inquiries or complaints with poise.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and friendly personality.
• Maintains professional appearance.
• Team oriented and self-motivated.
• Able to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Payment Processing: Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments, calculate bills, and issue accurate receipts.
• Drawer Reconcilement: Balance cash drawers daily, prepare bank deposits, and track daily transaction records.
• Administrative Support: File repair orders, answer incoming phone calls, and assist other departments with basic clerical tasks
