Job summary

Bob King Automotive Group in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an Automotive Service BDC Specialist to manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, and deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or call center environment is a must.
• Knowledge of automotive service terminology and procedures preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers over the phone.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Pay Rate

This is an hourly, full time position that pays $15.00 an hour based on a 40 hour work week. There is also an opportunity to earn a bonus each paycheck for your shown appointment rate. This will be discussed in more detail during the interview process.
