Job summary

Bowser Automotive Inc. seeks a Service Business Development Center Associate to support service departments. You will handle email and phone inquiries to schedule vehicle service appointments for maintenance, inspections, and repairs.

Essential duties include inbound/outbound calls, reminders for inspections, and collaboration with Sales BDC. Training on basics of automotive repair is provided; strong communication and multitasking are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to ask probing questions to schedule the right service time.
• Strong work ethic, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional, friendly rapport over phone and online.
• Learn and navigate new software quickly.
• Type 30 wpm+; telesales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and online inquiries to schedule service appointments.
• Place outbound follow-up calls regarding the service experience.
• Remind customers of upcoming inspections and maintenance via calls/emails.
• Support Service BDC outreach campaigns.
• Attend training to learn basic automotive repair and service activities.
• Collaborate with Sales BDC staff.
• Complete daily reporting/documentation as required.
• Maintain rapport with the service department team.
• Answer questions about vehicle service appointments.
• Meet QA requirements and KPIs.
• Follow Bowser policies and safety guidelines.
