Job summary

Bobby Rahal Honda, located at 6696 Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg, PA, is seeking a Service Assistant to support the Service Department’s daily operations. You''ll help manage the night drop, organize keys and repair orders, and assist Advisors as needed.

The role involves front-desk style customer support, billing out repair orders, and phone-based appointment scheduling, with opportunities to grow into a Service Advisor role within the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to spend a large part of the day seated at a desk.
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.
• Automotive / dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle the "night drop" process for vehicles dropped off the night before and organize keys/repair orders.
• Distribute vehicles and information to Service Advisors; assist with basic service tasks as time permits.
• Assist with reviewing and billing repair orders and answering phones to schedule service appointments.
