Job summary

Bobby Rahal Honda, located at 6696 Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg, PA, is seeking a Service Assistant to support the Service Department’s daily operations. You''ll help manage the night drop, organize keys and repair orders, and assist Advisors as needed.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 5am to 2pm

Hourly Rate of Pay: $17.50

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this position, you are one of the first team members to arrive in the building and are responsible for handling the "night drop" process for vehicles that were dropped off the night before. You efficiently organize the keys and repair orders for these vehicles and distribute them to our Service Advisors, and you help get the vehicles through the alignment checker as time permits.

Once the doors open at 7am and clients start coming in, most of your day is spent backing up other team members in our busy Service department with important tasks like reviewing and billing out repair orders or answering phones to help clients schedule service appointments. This role is a great starting point for individuals wishing to eventually grow their career and become a Service Advisor.
