Job summary

Bobby Rahal Honda is seeking a Service Assistant in Mechanicsburg, PA. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5am–2pm, with an hourly pay of $17.50. This role supports the busy service team, manages night drop vehicles, and assists with keys, repair orders, and appointment scheduling.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this position, you are one of the first team members to arrive in the building and are responsible for handling the "night drop" process for vehicles that were dropped off the night before. You efficiently organize the keys and repair orders for these vehicles and distribute them to our Service Advisors, and you help get the vehicles through the alignment checker as time permits.

Once the doors open at 7am and clients start coming in, most of your day is spent backing up other team members in our busy Service department with important tasks like reviewing and billing out repair orders or answering phones to help clients schedule service appointments. This role is a great starting point for individuals wishing to eventually grow their career and become a Service Advisor.
