The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking a Service Assistant to join our team in Mechanicsburg, PA. You will work directly with service customers to schedule appointments, provide price quotes, and answer questions. Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Vehicle repair or service experience a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up initial and follow-up service appointments.
• Provide price quotes to customers.
• Notify customers of recalls.
• Handle the courtesy car program.
• Answer customer questions.
• May handle filing duties.
• Assist with light accounting tasks for the service department.

As a Service Assistant, you will work directly with Faulkner's service customers to set up initial and follow-up appointments, provide them with price quotes, notify them of recalls, handle the courtesy car program and answer any customer questions. The Service Assistant may also be required to handle filing duties, as well as light accounting functions to support the service department.
