The position requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to build repair orders, source parts, and manage workflow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as automotive service writer/advisor/sales
• Valid driver’s license required
• Proficient with Windows-based software and automotive store applications
• Able to greet guests with hospitality and maintain professional communication

Responsibilities

• Build repair orders, source parts, and add labor
• Answer customer questions with technical knowledge
• Greet every guest with hospitality and respect
• Present the best repair solution in understandable terms
• Manage store workflow efficiently
• Sell services without compromising honesty
• Maintain positive team atmosphere and attitude
• Communicate professionally by phone
• Build long-term relationships with guests and store
• Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities
• Shuttle guests in CBA branded vehicle
• Ensure repairs meet specifications
• Help teammates as needed
• Other duties as assigned
