Christian Brothers Automotive in Clemson, SC is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor / Writer. You will greet guests, guide them through the repair process, and maintain communication about vehicle status to ensure satisfaction.

This role requires friendly, solution-minded service, ability to explain repairs clearly, and teamwork to keep the store running smoothly. Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role.
• Current driver’s licenses.
• Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier.
• Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with hospitality and service orientation.
• Guide guests through the repair process and keep them informed.
• Present repair options clearly and maintain a positive store workflow.
• Help manage day-to-day store activities and communication with guests.
• Support team and perform other duties as assigned.
